Costa Rica Tarrazu Santa Anita Estate 12 oz. Bag - $9.95
Often compared to a good burgundy, the best Costa Rican coffees are rich and hearty with good acidity. We prefer the coffee from the Tarrazu region. With its bright acidity, medium body, and tangy aroma we feel this is an excellent coffee for those who want a "good, all around" coffee.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 12 oz. Bag - $9.95
Considered to be one of the best of the Ethiopian coffees. Yirgacheffes tend to have a much more refined taste than other Ethiopians. With its unique lemon notes, distinctive floral bouquet, and a lingering methylated flavor, this coffee is truly one of a kind.

Guatemala Rio Azul COOP 12 oz. Bag - $9.95
Rich volcanic soil and a temperate climate help create conditions that are ideal for growing "fancy" coffees. Lively acidity, spicy overtones, and a chocolatey richness gives this coffee a tremendous depth of flavor.

Kenya "AA" Top Auction Lot Gitugu Murana'a 12 oz. Bag - $10.95
We have just secured a great new lot of Kenya coffee for 2007. Grade designates the bean size; with "AA" being the largest. Most "fancy" grades of Kenyan coffee are grown in the central region around the slopes of Mt. Kenya. With its heavy body, fine acidity, and dry, winy aftertaste, it is considered to be the best of the African coffees.
Grind
Sulawesi (Celebes) Semi-Washed 12 oz. Bag - $9.95
A rare and exotic coffee. Sulawesi, formerly known as Celebes, produces a rich, deep, complex coffee. The small town where the coffee is gathered is known as Kalosi and signifies the origin. The cup qualities are more complex and richer than other Indonesians, with a bit more acidity.
Grind
Sumatra Mandheling Harimau Tiger Triple Picked 12 oz. Bag - $9.95
This coffee holds the title as the world's heaviest bodied coffee. It is ideal for those who want a coffee heavy enough to carry its flavor through milk. Our Mandheling is classified as a "golden", which goes through an extra sorting process to insure that only the best beans are used. This coffee's body is very heavy, with an almost syrupy feel - you can taste the richness behind your tongue - with just enough acidity to give the cup a vibrant taste.

Our signature coffees.
We select only the finest estate coffees that the World has to offer. These coffees represent
the “Best of” taste profile. These are the coffees that are truly the best coffees from countries
known for being capable of producing true “specialty” coffee.  We then roast them by hand in
small batches. It has been our experience that every coffee has an ideal roast, and it is our job
as “specialty” roasters to find and develop that roast.
